Overview
Because beverages are consumable products, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and help make it right.
No change-of-mind returns
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind about a purchase. Please review your cart, including your custom pack selections, before completing checkout.
Damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or with leaking cans, is missing items, or contains incorrect items, we'll help resolve it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can look into what happened.

Reporting window and photos
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To help us review your claim quickly, we may ask for photos of the affected items and packaging. Clear photos help us resolve issues faster.
How we make it right
Depending on the issue and product availability, we may offer a refund, a replacement, or store credit for the affected items. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
After the 7-day window
We can't guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit for issues reported more than 7 days after delivery. Reaching out promptly gives us the best chance to help.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our secure checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
