These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of crackacan.com and your purchases from Can Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Use of the site

You may use our site to browse products and place orders for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Product information and availability

We work to display products, descriptions, and images accurately. Availability can change, and we may limit or discontinue products at any time. Some items may sell out before your order is processed.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown on the product pages and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order and address. The total you approve at checkout is the amount you will be charged.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order due to issues such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a refund for the affected items.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our Shopify-powered checkout and third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and delivery delays

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high heat, or other conditions outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Depending on the issue and availability, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. See our Refund Policy for details.

Custom packs

With a custom pack, you select the cans in your pack. If there is an inventory issue with one of your selected items after you order, we may contact you about options such as a replacement, refund, or store credit. We will not silently substitute custom-pack items without your approval.

Premade packs

Premade pack contents may vary based on availability. Where a premade pack may vary, this is noted on the product page before purchase. We do not hide substitution rules from you.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are coming soon and are not currently active. All orders today are one-time purchases. You can join the subscription waitlist to be notified when recurring packs launch.

Account and customer responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address and contact details, and for keeping any account credentials secure. We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, to disrupt the site, to scrape or copy content without permission, or to resell products in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Can Club name, logo, site content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Can Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Drinks are shipped sealed; please consume responsibly and check product labels for ingredients and allergens.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
