Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Your shipping cost is based on the items in your order and your delivery address, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm your purchase.
Order processing
Once your order is placed, we prepare it for shipment as quickly as we can. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout.
Careful packing
Orders are packed carefully to help reduce dents, leaks, and damage in transit. We want your cans to arrive in the best possible condition.
Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information is sent to you by email through Shopify or the shipping carrier so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery times
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Delivery delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, high heat, or other conditions outside our control. We appreciate your patience if a shipment is delayed.
A note on temperature
Cans are shipped like standard packaged beverages. They are not shipped cold and should not be expected to arrive cold.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@crackacan.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll help make it right.
