Shipping rates
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your address.
Order processing
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after they're placed. Limited drops may take slightly longer during launch windows.
Delivery times
Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your box leaves the warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship nationwide within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet.
Handling fragile cans
Every box is packed with protective inserts. Drinks are stable for shipping. In hot months we may add a shipping delay or insulated packaging to keep the cans in good condition.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days at hello@crackacan.com and we'll make it right.
Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout by Shopify based on your address.
